Dr. Kramer's Experience

• Kramer Chiropractic Health Center began in Edina, MN in 1988. During those 12 years in Edina I watched my family grow from one to four children (& now 5 total). With a growing family my desire to be closer to home became a high priority and in August of 2000, I sold the Edina Clinic and purchased Wilma E. Behm's Clinic of 30 years. The transition has been exceptional, and I feel blessed that I am working in Prior Lake. In 2003, we moved to our present location in downtown Prior Lake in Lakefront Plaza where the running & bike paths are plentiful and the small town feel is alive and well in our friendly city I call home.
• Since opening the doors in 1988, I’ve treated thousands of patients ranging from newborns to seniors; those involved in sports injuries, auto and work-related accidents, as well as repetitive and postural conditions. We are continually working towards helping each patient resume the active lifestyle they desire. I have also built a excellent network of professionals including neurologists and orthopedists to consult with when the need arises.
• Growing up with 7 siblings in a small town in rural southwestern Minnesota (Who’s been to Lucan, MN?) gave me many blessings. I think one of those was enjoying being able to communicate with people of all ages. I look forward to helping you solve your health conditions as well as improve, sustain and protect the quality of your health.

• After graduating high school in Oklahoma, Dr. Barnett moved to Iowa and soon gained employment at a furniture factory where he worked for nearly 11 years. He says that becoming a chiropractor was always in the back of his mind but never imagined it would become a reality. When a close friend of his graduated from Palmer Chiropractic, Dr. Barnett decided to make his dream a reality. With 3 infant children and a full-time job, he started his undergraduate studies.
• Before starting at Kramer Chiropractic in September of 2011, he practiced for six years in Eagan, Minnesota.  During his time in practice he has seen people of all ages from patients only a few days old to patients who are 92 years young. Many patients have seen great results through Dr. Barnett's specific and individualized approach to their certain needs. He's helped patients with so many different ailments such as migraines, ear infections, acid reflux, colic, dizziness along with auto injuries, sports injuries and the Minnesota classic slip and fall injuries.

Dr. Barnett's Hobbies and Interests

• Dr. Barnett plays sports nearly all year long. He plays football, fast-pitch baseball for the Jordan Ailers, softball, volleyball and basketball.
• One of his most favorite things to do is coaching. He's coached all 5 children through various sports over the years and finds great passion and enjoyment out of teaching young people the 'game' and the sport of competition.
• Hunting is also a great passion for Dr. Barnett. He loves to bow hunt for deer as well as pheasant hunt with his 2 year old Chocolate Lab, Boji.
• He enjoys working on home remodel projects.
• Dr. Barnett is an active coach in the P.L.A.Y. organization.
• Camping and cooking (especially breakfast by the open fire).

Dr. Barnett's Philosophy to Chiropractic

• "I've seen miracles and I've seen people who had nowhere to go and tried chiropractic as the 'last resort'. I've witnessed my own children battle and fight to be healthy for 6 years. All  of the above scenario's have one thing in common and that is the chiropractic adjustment made positive changes in their lives. I use tried and true specific techniques to get exceptional results, however I also will take an unconventional approach if needed because my job is to get the patient better. Period. If, which it is seldom, chiropractic isn't the answer, then I'll find what is. That is my job, my goal, my purpose for what I do."
